Making the Most Out of Life

"Be very careful, then, how you live—not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil. Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the Lord’s will is. Do not get drunk on wine, which leads to debauchery. Instead, be filled with the Spirit, speaking to one another with psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit. Sing and make music from your heart to the Lord, always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ" (Ephesians 5:15-20).

We all know the days are evil. You can’t watch the news and try to argue they aren’t. This is a warning to be careful, be wise and make the most of every opportunity. For myself, the opportunity to get healthy by exercise, eating right, daily time with God and sharing that with others is my opportunity and the Lord’s will for my life right now.

I pray that by me making the most out of this God given opportunity it will change myself, my family, my friends and people I haven’t even met yet. God wants us healthy. This world is crazy and in order for us to stand up against it, we have to have the energy to do so!

I have chosen to fill myself with the spirit daily through prayer and Bible study. I have chosen to wake up before my family gets up to work out, drink my Shakeology, and have some quiet time. I pray that I am making the most out of this opportunity and I don’t take it for granted.

If you are waiting to find something that motivates you to get healthy, if you keep telling yourself ‘next week I’ll get started’, if you are having doubts on whether or not you can even do it, or if you are curious how I was able to make a complete change in my lifestyle then contact me for more information.  I would love to share more of my story with you!
